(AJNews) – With over 100 attendees, Edmonton PJ Library’s Family Sukkot Fair, with the participation of the Edmonton shuls and Talmud School, united Jewish families in an engaging, creative, and fun-filled afternoon of Sukkot crafts, activities, and tasty snacks, and of course a chance to fulfill the mitzvah of shaking the lulav and etrog!
This PJ Library’s kickoff was an opportunity to welcome some of our Jewish newcomers, as well as provide a welcoming and warm environment for all of our young families to connect in Jewish customs and holiday traditions!
TT Society participated in PJ Library’s community Sukkot program and particularly enjoyed the art activity table where kids created and decorated Sukkot crafts to take home.
Ari the TT lion greeted families, took pictures with the kids and even participated in the mitzvah of shaking the Lulav!
