(Calgary) – JNF Calgary Executive Director Elliott Steinberg, Board member Dr. Jim Cohen, and Sderot Mayor Alon Davidi (wearing his JNF Canada Bervin House t-shirt) were pleased to be able to unveil the plaque for the Calgary Treatment Room at the Sderot Resilience Centre in Israel in late October.
The room was financed thanks to generous donors to the 2021 JNF Calgary Negev Gala, in honour of Diane Colley-Urquhart. Cutting-edge PTSD treatments will be performed in this new room to help citizens of Sderot cope with the trauma of rocket and tunnel attacks.
