Welcome to UNWINED: Edmonton’s finest wine and spirits boutique.

And, they are quickly becoming a destination spot for Single Malt and Blended Malt Whiskies, Irish, Bourbon and Canadian Whiskies as well as many other fine spirits. Ultimately the staff and management at UNWINED aims to provide exceptional customer service, including advice on wines, food pairings, special occasions and much more.

Additional services offered through UnWined are the creation and delivery of gift baskets and gift certificates for those special people in your life. New this month, UNWINED will be hosting several public and private tasting events at the new warehouse and tasting room located at 14514 115 Avenue. The first public tasting event is a six course Single Malt sampling co-hosted by Unwined and the Victoria Caledonia Distillery on March 16 followed by an Irish whiskey tasting co-hosted with the Alberta Scotch Society on March 18.

Customers are in good hands at UNWINED, which is owned by Edmonton native Graham Usher, who is a descendent of the Usher Family famous for its blended Scotch whisky and Usher’s brewery. As well as being community minded and an all-around great guy, Graham is a whisky lover and extremely knowledgeable about all things related to Uisge Breatha – the “water of life”.
