Letter to the Editor: Appreciating ‘From the Sources’ column by Eliezer Segal

Dear Editor:  Just a word of appreciation of and support for Eliezer Segal’s always erudite, always informative FROM THE SOURCES dept.

Some readers may find it a little on the brainiac side of the ledger, but I am grateful for the opportunity to think deeply about the in-the-weeds details of the Talmud-Torah tradition and Jewish history generally. It’s a great column, and I want Mr. Segal and his sponsors to know that I take in every word, every notion.
