Many people used Zoom before COVID-19 but it has now become indispensable. Today, Zoom is one of the most robust yet simple tools to keep us connected in small to large groups.
Whether as a presenter or as a participant, understanding Zoom features helps to improve the experience for all attendees. Learn the Zoom basics, tour Zoom options and learn how to interact with the presenter and fellow participants.
