(AJNews) – The Indo-Canadian Women’s Association (ICWA) and the Edmonton Newcomers Settlement Services (ENSS) organized a Multicultural Day event at the Millwoods Seniors Association on December 15th. Rabbah Gila Caine spoke about the Festival of Light and the holiday of Hanukkah. Other representatives spoke about their holiday festivals and what the concept of “light” means to them. The attendees enjoyed the refreshments including the Sufganyot prepared by Bliss Baked Goods. It was an informative and thought-provoking afternoon.
