Friends of JNF Canada honour Jerry Glasser OBM

(Edmonton) – Friends and family members of Jerry Glasser z”l gathered for a tribute cycling ride in his honour last month. Jerry was an avid cyclist who participated in several philanthropic rides both in Israel and at home.

Friends of JNF Canada Alberta Region Executive Director Jay Cairns said, ” We gathered in remembrance for a memorial ride in honour of our dear friend and steadfast supporter of Israel, Jerry Glasser, who recently passed away after a courageous two-year battle with cancer.  Jerry’s upbeat nature, warm disposition, and commitment to community touched everyone who knew him.  Given Jerry’s love of cycling and participation in multiple JNF bike missions,  we felt it fitting to come together for a ride celebrating his life and legacy.”
