(AJNews) – The CJA Student Council participated enthusiastically in a drive in support of the Na’amat Canada Calgary Providing the Essentials program. The drive went exceedingly well, ending on March 31.

CJA Student Council Lead Teacher Alex Kouperman and the students felt their Tzedakah project was a wonderful way to assist the clients at JFSC, who are struggling, with  many  living below the poverty level. It was amazing to see the support of all the students and their families. For over a year the Na’amat Canada Calgary Providing the Essentials program has been addressing a need that was not being met and this initiative has made a major impact on many families.
